Over the years, Team PR has entered into supply agreements that address the various cost drivers of inventory with a special focus on target area(s) specified by the customer. The goal is to craft agreements that improve a specific metric the customer is struggling with. Our unique capability to machine, fabricate, assemble, and distribute components and assemblies exactly when the customer specifies allows Team PR to offer significant cost savings to our customers.

Answer:

Team PR can supply a full spectrum of fabrications ranging from light sheet metal to heavy plate weldments weighing up to 20,000 lbs. If required, fabrications include certified welding and machining.

Question:

What kind of testing capabilities does PR Machine Works offer for assemblies?

Answer:

Team PR offers hydraulic and pneumatic testing of assemblies. Our new flow bench provides fast and reliable hydrostatic testing up to 2,500 psi, performance and leak testing to 2,500 psi for hydraulic and 600 psi for pneumatic, as well as precise rate-of-flow measurements for a variety of applications. If your assembly requires testing we don’t have, we’ll acquire or build the required test apparatus.

Answer:

Our sister company, Slick Automated Solutions, designs and implements world-class, turn-key solutions for a range of industries and applications. Co-located with our facility, all SAS-designed components are fabricated by Team PR, then assembled and tested by SAS on-site prior to delivery and installation. In addition to precision 7-axis turning and 4-axis milling, Team PR offers precision fabrication and welding, assembly, hydraulic/pneumatic testing, and complete inventory management services for our customers.

Answer:

Yes. PR Machine Works uses an advanced CAD/CAM system to receive drawings in .DWG, .DXF, .GIF, .JPG, .BMP, .TIFF, and .PDF file formats.

Answer:

PR Machine Works can turn diameters up to 49”(1245mm) and mill work-pieces as large as a 60”(1525mm) cube.

Yes. Team PR offers gas, MIG, TIG, and stick certified welding on virtually any weldable material.
